[Restored] Online Services unavailable this morning

Who is Affected: JCU Staff and Students
Service AffectedMultiple web applications including StaffOnline, StudentsOnline, GetStarted, eStudent and others
When: 23rd February 2015 – 8:12am AEST
ETA: 23rd February 2015 – 9:35am AEST

Description: Multiple web applications (StaffOnline, StudentsOnline, GetStarted, eStudent, and others) were malfunctioning or unavailable from approximately 8:12am to 9:35am 23rd February 2015 due to configuration and load issues. These have since been resolved and all applications are working again.

What do I need to do? ICT apologises for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused and if you still experiencing problems logging into any of the above mentioned Online Services then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
