Resolved - All Services between Australia and Singapore available

Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students, all campuses
Service Affected:  All services operating over the internet between Australia and Singapore
When: 8th January 2015
ETA: Service restored as of 21st January, 2015

Description: An international submarine cable linking Australia to Singapore had been severed, requiring all internet traffic to be processed via an alternate path.  As of 21st January 2015, all services have been fully restored.
