Restored - Cairns Campus has lost power

Who is Affected: All JCU Staff and Students currently on the Cairns Campus
Service Affected:  Any Network Service based on the Cairns Campus:  File Shares, Printer Queues, Databases etc.
When: 19th December 2014 – 9:45am AEST
Restored: 19th December 2014 – 10:47am AEST

Description: Power has been restored to the Cairns Campus.

What do I need to do? ICT apologises for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused and if you still experiencing any network connectivity related problems on the Cairns Campus then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
