Unplanned Outage - Cairns Campus has lost power



Who is Affected: All JCU Staff and Students currently on the Cairns Campus
Service Affected:  Any Network Service based on the Cairns Campus:  File Shares, Printer Queues, Databases etc.
When: Insert Date and Time i.e. 19th December 2014 – 9:45am AEST
ETA: Unknown

Description: The Cairns Campus has lost grid supplied energy. ICT staff are liaising with Estate Office and Ergon Energy at the moment and working towards getting power restored ASAP.

What do I need to do? At this stage it is unknown when power will be restored. Please monitor the Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.
