Restored - Network unavailable in Building 55 (Townsville)



Who is Affected: Users in Building 55 – Townsville Campus
Service Affected:  Any network connected services including but not limited to; Internet, Phones, File Shares, Printers
When: 17th November 2014 – 9:00am AEST
ETA: 17th November 2014 – 2:30pm AEST

Description: Estate Office have restored power to the network equipment that services Building 55 (Townsville). ICT staff have confirmed that all network services have been restored to that building.

What do I need to do? ICT apologises for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused and if you still experiencing any network connectivity related problems in Building 55 then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
