Unplanned Outage - Folders on shares.ad.jcu.edu.au unavailable

Who is Affected: All JCU Staff
Service Affected:  All new shared folders and drives on \\shares.ad.jcu.edu.au and the Enterprise Vault Archiving Service
When: 13th October 2014 – 10:00am AEST
ETA: Restored 13th October 2014 – 7:05pm AEST

Description: Clients reported being unable to open archived files on shares.ad.jcu.edu.au after 10:00am and unable to connect to shared drives after 6:00pm.

What do I need to do? This issue has been resolved, please contact the IT Help Desk if you believe you are experiencing problems relating to this outage or you require further assistance.
