Who is Affected: All JCU staff connecting to Share Drives on shares.ad.jcu.edu.au
Service Affected:  shares.ad.jcu.edu.au

ETA: Resolved at 9th October 2014 – 3:19pm AEST

Description: Users were intermittently unable to connect to mapped JCU share drives hosted off shares.ad.jcu.edu.au. This issue has now been resolved.

What do I need to do?  ICT apologises for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused and if you continue to experience any problems accessing JCU share drives then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
