Planned Outage - Migrate IDM Database to new Infrastructure

Who is Affected: Staff and Students trying to change their JCU passwords or access the JCU Contacts
Service Affected:  Password changes and access to JCU Contacts page
When: 19th September 2014 – 6:00am AEST
ETA: 19th September 2014 – 8:00am AEST

Description: The Identity Management Database will be relocated to new infrastructure tomorrow morning. During this maintenance window any password changes will not take affect and access to JCU Contacts will not be available.

What do I need to do? If after 8am you experience any issues with changing your password through Identity Manager or are not able to access the JCU Contacts then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
