Update - JCU-wide networking issue causing intermittent access problems

Description: This is an update to the previous bulletin released at 11:53am today. IT&R Networking staff will be rebooting a switch stack at 3pm today to try and resolve the current problem. IT&R have relocated as many services off this switch to minimise the impact, but some phone services cannot be relocated, without additional interruption. The outage is expect to last about 5 minutes however there may be further delays, should more fault diagnosis be required or additional issues be identified.

What do I need to do? No workarounds are available at this time. In the event of an emergency, please use a mobile phone to make external calls. Please continue to monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.
