Update - JCU-wide networking issue causing intermittent access problems

Description: This is an update to the previous bulletin released at 11:53am today. IT&R Networking staff continue to work on the problem affecting a wide range of services affecting all JCU campuses. A further update will be provided in 1 hour.

What do I need to do? No workarounds are available at this time. In the event of an emergency, please use a mobile phone to make external calls. Please continue to monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.
