Unplanned Outage - JCU-wide networking issue causing intermittent access problems

Who is Affected: All campuses
Service Affected:  Networking Services
When: 29th August 2014 – 8:30am AEST

Description: A JCU-wide networking issue is causing disruption to services (including phones) resulting in them being accessible from some locations but not from others. IT&R Networking Staff are currently working to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided in 1 hour.

What do I need to do? No workarounds are available at this time. In the event of an emergency, please use a mobile phone to make external calls. Please continue to monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.
