Short Notice - SAAS Network Drive weekend outage

Who is Affected: All service users, All campuses
Service Affected:  Access to network drive “\\usr-share.jcu.edu.au\usr\SAAS”
When: 23rd August 2014 – 10:00am AEST
ETA: 24th August 2014 – 10:00am AEST

Description: The SAAS network drive “\\usr-share.jcu.edu.au\usr\SAAS” will be unavailable from 10:00am 23rd August 2014 to approximately 10:00am 24th August 2014 AEST.
This outage is to allow for the transfer of SAAS data from old equipment to new storage.

What do I need to do? Once the service is restored please contact the IT Help Desk if you believe you are experiencing problems. ITR apologises for any inconvenience this issue may cause.
