Unplanned Outage - Camtasia Relay error: account info missing or incorrect

Who is Affected: Camtasia Relay (aka TechSmith Relay) users on all Campuses
Service Affected:  Camtasia Relay screencast application
When: 19th August 2014 – 12:00pm AEST

Description: At this time, when a user submits a recording via Camtasia Relay (aka TechSmith Relay) it is resulting in submitting users receiving an “account info missing or incorrect” error message via email.
LearnJCU and ICT teams are currently investigating the issue.

What do I need to do? Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.
