Who is Affected:  All Student Management  users, students using eStudent and staff users of eAcademic

When: Today, 19th August 2014 1:10pm AEST
Resolved: 19th August 2014 1:45 pm AEST

Description: New connections to the database were being prevented, resulting in Student Management, eAcademic and eStudent becoming unusable. The cause was identified and resolved.

What do I need to do? All services have been restored, please contact the IT Help Desk if you believe you are still experiencing problems. ITR apologises for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
