Short Notice - My HR Online Emergency Maintenance



Who is Affected: All JCU Staff
Service Affected:  My HR Online
When: 9th August 2014 – 8:00am AEST
ETA: 9th August 2014 – 9:00am AEST

Description: Emergency maintenance is required on the HR database. Access to the My HR Online service will be unavailable during this time.

What do I need to do? If you experience any connectivity issues to My HR Online after 9am AEST on Saturday the 9th August 2014 then please contact the ITR Duty Manager on (07) 4781 6954 or (07) 4781 6955.
