Resolved - Unplanned Outage of StaffOnline Organisational Roles, TRDB and Roles Email



Who is Affected: Users of Staff Online Organisational Roles, TRDB and Roles Email.
Service Affected:  Staff Online Organisational Roles, TRDB and Roles Email Applications
When: Tuesday 5th August 2014 – 12:30pm AEST
ETA: Resolved Wednesday 6th August 2014 – 4:00pm AEST

Description: An issue had been identified at 12:30pm yesterday that was affecting some Staff Online applications. This may have also caused performance issues in other systems, most notably HR up to 4:00pm yesterday and Roles Email. A work-around was applied restoring service to the Organisational Roles application yesterday and the TRDB and Roles Email services were restored at 4:00pm today.

What do I need to do? ITR apologises for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. If you continue to experience problems with these services then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
