Unplanned Outage - StaffOnline Organisational Roles, TRDB and Roles Email



Who is Affected: Users of Staff Online Organisational Roles, TRDB and Roles Email.
Service Affected:  Staff Online Organisational Roles, TRDB and Roles Email Applications
When: Tuesday 5th August 2014 – 12:30am AEST
ETA: Unknown TBA

Description: An issue has been identified affecting some Staff Online applications from 1230pm today. This may have also caused performance issues in other systems, most notably HR between 1230pm and 1500pm and currently Roles Email. A work-around has been applied restoring service to the Organisational Roles application however it is expected that TRDB and Roles Email services will continue to be partially unavailable until tomorrow.

What do I need to do? If affected, users will need to wait until service is restored to make changes to TRDB or regaining Roles Email functionality. Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.
