Resolved - Network issue, top floor Building 1 (Townsville)



Who is Affected: Users on the top floor of Building 1 Townsville Campus
Service Affected:  Any network connected services including but not limited to; Phones, printers, computers
When: 29th July 2014 – 8:45am AEST
ETA: Resolved

Description: The network issue affecting the top floor of Building 1 (Townsville Campus) has now been resolved and network services (including phones and printers) has been restored to that location.

What do I need to do? ITR apologises for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. If you are located on the top floor of Building 1 (Townsville Campus) and continue to experience network related problems then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
