Resolved - External Emails not being Delivered to Staff Mailboxes



Who is Affected: All JCU Staff
Service Affected:  Staff Email
When: 29th July 2014 – 11:15am AEST
ETA: 29th July 2014 – 12pm AEST

Description: The problem affecting External Email not being delivered to JCU Staff email accounts has now been resolved. Emails will have queued during the Outage and should be appearing in Staff mailboxes shortly, with the exception of LearnJCU communications sent prior to 12pm today which will need to be resent.

What do I need to do? ITR apologises for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and have taken steps to ensure that this issue does not reoccur again in the future. If you continue to experience problems receiving mail from external sources to your JCU staff email account then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
