External Emails not being Delivered to Staff Mailboxes

Service Affected:  Staff Email

Description: Emails being sent from external (non-JCU) email addresses is currently not being received by JCU Staff mail accounts. This issue does not appear to be affecting the student (@my.jcu.edu.au) email service.

What do I need to do? No workaround is currently available. Please monitor the Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.
