Restored: Share Drives Cairns and Townsville

Who is Affected:  All JCU staff and students (Townsville and Cairns)
Service Affected:  All new corporate Share Drives
When: Today 15th July 2014 – 12:30pm AEST
ETA: 1:00 pm

Description: Access to the share drives has now been restored, system and services are functioning normally.

What do I need to do? Please contact the IT Help Desk if you believe you are still experiencing problems and require assistance.
