Completed: Major Weekend Outage



Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students across Australian campus locations (mainland and remote)
Services Affected:  Internet, Network (LAN & WAN), Wireless, SMS, Finance and HR
When: Friday 11th July 5pm AEST
ETA: Completed Sunday 13th July AEST

Description: Beginning Friday 11th July, there were major outages to JCU systems and services including: HR, SIS, Finance, Building Management, Internet, Phones, Network, Shares and Printing.  All systems and services have now been restored and are working as per normal.

What do I need to do?  All work has been completed, please contact the IT Help Desk if you believe you are still experiencing problems and require assistance.
