Planned Outage - Staff Office365 Planned Maintenance



Who is Affected: Some JCU Staff members

Service Affected: Authentication to Staff Office 365 Tenancy

When: 2014-07-09 20:00:00 AEST

ETA: 2014-07-09 21:00:00 AEST

Description: An issue has been identified by Microsoft affecting some staff email accounts and shared mailboxes (@jcu.edu.au) necessitating a maintenance task to be performed by ITR. During this time some users may experience difficulties authenticating to Office 365. Mail delivery will not be affected.


What do I need to do? Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates if affected. If you continue to encounter difficulties after this time please contact the 
IT Help Desk for further assistance.
