Restored - Staff Outlook Web Access unavailable

Who is Affected: All JCU staff using the Outlook Web Access Service
Service Affected:  JCU Outlook Web Access for Staff

ETA: Restored

Description: Over the weekend the staff Outlook Web Access service was unavailable. When a staff member tried to access https://staff.jcu.edu.au/ they were presented with an error and were unable to proceed to the login page. The service was available again at 8:40am AEST on Monday the 23rd June.

What do I need to do? ITR apologises for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. If you continue to experience problems accessing your JCU Staff Email Account via the Outlook Web Access site then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
