Restored - Emails to Distribution Lists not being delivered



Who is Affected: All recipients of JCU Distribution Lists
Service Affected:  Email Distribution Lists
When: 13th June 2014 – 1:00pm AEST
ETA: Restored

Description: Due to the Email Distribution Server Store being full, emails were queued up over the weekend. The queue was released today at 11am and all emails that had been sent to JCU Distribution Lists since last Friday should now be delivered to their respective recipients.

What do I need to do? If you continue to experience issues with JCU Distribution Lists then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
