Restored - Some students unable to log into LearnJCU

Who is Affected: Small subset of students
Service Affected:  LearnJCU

Description: A small minority of students were not able to log into LearnJCU from Friday evening. The issue was due to an integration failure condition amongst several JCU systems.  ITR staff are currently investigating this incident to determine its root cause and will work out safeguards to prevent similar failures in future resulting in the same outcome.

What do I need to do? ITR apologises to the affected students for the adverse impact of this incident. If you continue to experience issues logging into LearnJCU then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
