Restored - eLectures and some readings are currently unavailable in LearnJCU

Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students
Service Affected:  LearnJCU Digital Library

ETA: Restored

Description: The Digital Library service has been restored and eLectures and readings are available in LearnJCU. The issue was due to an expired Masterfile password for the database resulting in a loss of connectivity between LearnJCU and Masterfile. This appears to be the root cause of this morning's connectivity issue with LearnJCU.

What do I need to do? If you continue to experience issues with eLectures and reading in LearnJCU then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
