Resolved: External Email to JCU not being delivered

Description: The issue affecting JCU staff not being able to receive emails from external sources has been resolved. All emails sent during this outage will have bounced to the senders and will need to be re-sent if staff wish to receive them. IT&R apologises for any inconvenience this matter may have caused and are continuing to monitor the situation and liaise with the vendor to conduct further root cause analysis.
