[Description]: 
Staff are unable to receive email sent from external sources. Email is still being delivered from "@jcu.edu.au" to "@jcu.edu.au" and from 
"@jcu.edu.au" accounts to external destinations. 

Student email is unaffected. 

 

An urgent Service Request has been logged with Microsoft to find the root cause of this issue.
