[Summary]: ITR have identified authentication issues with Eduroam wireless. [Description]: ITR have identified authentication issues with Eduroam wireless. Users may experience difficulty connecting to wireless or recieve messages such as "authentication error". As a work around, please switch wireless on your device off and on until a connection is established. ITR are investigating this issue as a matter priority. [Date]: 13/03/14 [Time]: 11:40 [Duration]: unknown -- SUPPORT: A System Status Message is available by calling +61 7 4781 6555. For further assistance, please contact ITHelpdesk (firstname.lastname@example.org) who provide Primary IT Support. Secondary Support is provided to staff and postgraduates by IT Support Officers. Tertiary Support for all clients is provided by Information Systems, Communications Infrastructure and Computing Systems staff and Information Technology & Resources third-party service providers and suppliers.
