[Bulletin 2014032451General] Update - JabberVideo Telepresence Service Restored

 JabberVideo Telepresence Service for users outside JCU network has now been restored.

 JabberVideo Telepresence Service for users outside JCU network has been restored.
Users can now log in as per normal without first having to establish a VPN connection.
This fault was caused by an authentication failure between the external and internal gatekeepers.

For further assistance, please contact ITHelpdesk (ithelpdesk@jcu.edu.au) who 
provide Primary IT Support.  Secondary Support is provided to staff and 
postgraduates by IT Support Officers.  Tertiary Support for all clients is
provided by Information Systems, Communications Infrastructure and 
Computing Systems staff and Information Technology & Resources third-party 
service providers and suppliers.
