[Bulletin 2014032450General] Update - JabberVideo Telepresence Service Unavailable

 Second authentication issue discovered affecting JabberVideo users outside JCU network.

 A second authentication issue has been discovered which will prevent JabberVideo users from logging in when outside JCU network,
this includes JabberVideo users on the Mt Isa campus.

Temporary workaround is for these users to establish a VPN connection to JCU when wanting to use JabberVideo.

For further assistance, please contact ITHelpdesk (ithelpdesk@jcu.edu.au) who 
provide Primary IT Support.  Secondary Support is provided to staff and
