 File shares and Student Management (including eStudent and eAcademic) unavailable.

[Description]:
 File shares and the Student Management application were unavailable from 7PM 7/03/2014 to 10AM 8/03/2014.  ITR staff have resolved the issue and all
services have been restored.  

The affected file shares and services include the following:
