[Bulletin 2014032442General] Update - File share outage - resolved

[Summary]:
The file share outage is now resolved for all share access

[Description]:
All file shares are restored after an outage caused by a storage system configuration.

The configuration definition change was unknowingly intruduced during the last upgrade in November 2013 and had no immediate or noticable impact of the fundamental functionality of the storage array.

The Storage System Manager software introduced a change in storage allocation calculation that is marginally different from the previous version.
During the night of March 2nd, 2014 two of the volumes overran the allocated storage unit and in due cause hung the Windows Storage server presenting
a vast number of file shares.

The parameters on the Storage Array have now been altered to reflect the requirements of the updated Storage Array Manager software.
