[Bulletin 2014022433Network] ScheduledOutage - Loss of Data to Desktops, ground Floor DA002

 Due to recent issues with the switch stack in the ground Floor of DA002, the stack will be replaced. This will result in a 30 minute outage to
network services to the desktops on the Ground floor at 07:30 on Friday the 7th of February 2014

 The existing switch stack will be replaced with a new stack at 07:30 on Friday the 7th of February 2014. This will disrupt network services to the
Desktops and Wireless in DA002 ground floor for approximately 30 mins.

For further assistance, please contact ITHelpdesk (ithelpdesk@jcu.edu.au) who 
provide Primary IT Support.  Secondary Support is provided to staff and 
postgraduates by IT Support Officers.  Tertiary Support for all clients is
provided by Information Systems, Communications Infrastructure and 
Computing Systems staff and Information Technology & Resources third-party 
service providers and suppliers.
