[Bulletin 2014022431Network] UnScheduledOutage - Soft Phones and Avaya OneX clients are unavailable



[Summary]:
 With the decommissioning of tvl-ad-dc2.ad.jcu.edu.au, the Server that provides Softphone and Avaya 1X services is unavailable.
This does not impact operation of the PABX or other phone services.

[Description]:
 OneX mobile and OneX PC Softphones Phones are unable to authenticate and will not connect. 
We are working with the Vendor to resolve this issue.
