This subject gives an overview of cross-cultural Human Resource Management issues, covering the areas of: (1) National Culture and its impact on the global manager; (2) the role and structure of Multi-National Enterprises (MNE's); (3) the HRM functions of MNEs in a global context; and (4) the Impact of Host country governments on MNEs.
