Introduction to consumer protection law; bankruptcy; insurance and intellectual property.
Learning Outcomes
- students will gain a thorough understanding of the law in Australia relating to Insurance,
Bankruptcy, Consumer Protection and Copyright;
- students will develop problem solving skills in relation to these topics.
