Except with the approval of the Dean, all subjects in a chain must be studied in consecutive
teaching periods.
This subject is available to students eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Science
(Honours) program and who wish to undertake their honours in a Marine and Environmental
Science discipline and on a part time basis.
Learning Outcomes
- design and conduct independent, original research in aquaculture, marine and terrestrial
biology, zoology and/or ecology or environmental science;
- contextualize, report, and interpret research results effectively, orally and in writing.
Subject Assessment
- Oral > Presentation 1 - (15%) - Individual
- Written > Thesis/dissertation - (85%) - Individual.
