This subject will increase the students knowledge of Health Law and its application to physiotherapy practice. Students will gain an understanding of ethics and bioethics and develop skills in working through complex moral and ethical issues, recognising and reflecting on different points of view.
Passing requirements: complete and submit all assessment items; achieve a cumulative score of at least 50% inclusive of any penalties applied; achieve at least 50% for the viva and written case study; participate in at least 80% of scheduled classes; achieve satisfactory/pass for portfolio tasks.
