Available to Bachelor of New Media Arts students or by permission of the Academic
Students will be introduced to the two key theoretical areas of musical construction
and design: theory and composition. These two areas, explored within sequenced modules,
are underpinned by practicals wherein emerging industry technologies relevant to the
disciplines are explored and applied.

- an ability to analyse and compose within the framework of a range of theoretical and
