This subject covers the law relating to conveyancing and drafting. It covers, in particular,
an introduction to REIQ standard land contracts, auction sales, formation of contract,
deposit, options to purchase, particulars of sale and title, adversely affected property,
requisitions, special conditions, settlement and drafting a range of legal documents
including those involved in the conveyancing process.
Learning Outcomes
- employ the skills needed to convey property in Queensland;
- employ the skills needed to draft a range of legal documents including property contracts,
leases, deeds and guarantees.

- Written > Examination (College administered) - (50%) - Individual
- Drafting Portfolio (30%); Conveyancing Portfolio (20%) - (50%) - Individual.
